What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while preserving their dignity and independence.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service.

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.

• Accurately document care provided.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio STNA certification required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide quality care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.
