Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to effectively market and sell goods and services.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to expand our customer base.
• Identify and recommend the best products and solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and value.
• Demonstrate unwavering honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through ongoing follow-up and excellent service.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing, and solutions to clients.
• Oversee project installations in collaboration with field crews, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the sheet metal or material collection industry.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal applications; knowledge of calculating CFM and static pressure is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to measure accurately, read blueprints, and create sketches.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
