As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Attention to Detail: Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation. Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness): Must consistently adhere to work schedules. Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.Parts Order Pulling: Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans. Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.Order Packing: Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes. Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.Shipping Orders: Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through the respective shipping software. Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.RMA Receiving: Unpack returned items and verify their condition. Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.Receiving: Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders. Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.Forktruck Operation: Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items.Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred.Skills and Abilities:Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Ability to teach others with compassion and understanding that all people learn differently.Working Conditions and Physical Demands:Warehouse Technicians typically work in a manufacturing or production environment. This may involve working in a factory or warehouse setting to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
