Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
  
  



• 
  Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
  
  



• 
  Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  
  



• 
  Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and community guidelines.
  
  



• 
  Process rental applications and coordinate resident screening procedures.
  
  



• 
  Prepare lease agreements and related documentation.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and leasing records.
  
  



• 
  Support move-in and move-out processes.
  
  



• 
  Address resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed.
  
  



• 
  Promote resident retention through excellent customer service and relationship building.
  
  



• 
  Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and social media efforts.
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
