Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in warehouse operations, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics and distribution support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 7am-3:30pm, M-F

What's the Job?

• Putting material away on shelves, loose fitting, bags, boxes
• Pulling outbound orders and preparing them for shipment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Supporting various warehouse operations including receiving and inventory management

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Forklift Operator experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts (up to 20 feet height)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling
• Good understanding of work orders and inventory procedures
• Reliable work history with no more than 3-month gaps unless explained
