Web Production SpecialistLocation: NYC/Cupertino, CA Onsite position Salary Range: *** to 120,000/AnnualDescription: As a Web Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for the hands-on execution, validation, and maintenance of multilingual web content across our website using our Content Management System (CMS) built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Digital Asset Management (DAM); and custom web tools. Working closely with marketing, localization, and IT, you'll implement requested updates to web content. Your day to day responsibilities include authoring, validating, submitting content for localization, uploading and organizing assets, and performing QA across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent high quality user experience. You'll also troubleshoot issues within the CMS, including component behavior, layout problems, and any publishing errors, applying your attention to detail and platform expertise to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule. Beyond execution, the role involves proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve QA processes, and enhance how AEM is utilized. Precision, efficiency and CMS experience will be key to success in this position.Minimum Qualifications:3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavascriptProven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEMStrong attention to detail with experience performing QA across multiple browsers and devicesExperience managing updates for multilingual websites and supporting localized content workflowsFamiliarity with DAMs for asset publishing and validationStrong organizational and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, localization, and IT teamsExperience supporting web releases or sprint-based publishing schedulesFamiliarity with issue tracking or project management toolsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with internal Apple toolsInitiative in identifying and improving inefficient workflows or toolingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaborationEducation BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
