The Facilities Maintenance role: As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility grounds and coordinating vendor projects.

This position is part-time with 25 guaranteed hours each week working Mon-Fri (5 hours per day). The pay range is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Facilities Maintenance Job Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED
• At least 3 years of experience in working in maintenance, construction or related facility operations field  
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Active driver's license required
