Continuous Improvement Lead

Job Title Continuous Improvement Lead Responsibilities Plan and execute productivity improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the end‑to‑end value chain with a primary focus around ISC functions. Identify cost‑saving opportunities by optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting sustainable improvements. Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures with effective change management support using lean methodologies and tools. Apply Operational Excellence methods and tools to improve performance within assigned operational areas. Assess Operational Excellence maturity, support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, and maintain clear process and system documentation. Qualifications 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with Vocational Education. Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent. Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred. Work Arrangement This is an onsite role. Employees are required to be at the company’s facilities full‑time and are expected to work in‑person at least 3 days per week. Compensation The pay range for this position in PA is $70,000 to $111,000 annually.
