Intern - T&E Auditor

Overview:

· The Risk and Compliance Intern is positioned out of the San Antonio, Texas Shared Service Center and will work directly with a team of Travel and Expense Processors ensuring that expenses comply with Client policy. Work is performed to achieve turnaround standards and provide excellent service delivery.

Summary:

Candidate will demonstrate l strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

Job Description:

The Travel &Expense (T&E) Auditor will be responsible for:

• Review and processing of expense reports for compliance with Company Policy.

• Assist with projects on an as needed basis.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Education:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Outlook and Excel

• Detail oriented and follows directions
