Renovation Estimator (Residential & Multi-family)

Our client, a well-established company with over 20 years of experience, is expanding their team. This role offers a perfect blend of office and field work, with a 50/50 split, allowing for a flexible schedule that respects your personal life.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in identifying suppliers, researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient delivery. This position provides room for growth within the company and requires expertise in the trades, including the ability to work without plans or specs. Reporting directly to the GM and President, you will be instrumental in developing estimates, visiting sites, designing solutions, and driving business growth through effective estimating strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating estimates and bids for renovation projects
- Site visits to gather information for existing building work
- Designing customer-focused solutions
- Leading the Pre-construction Process
- Driving business growth through estimating practices
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of Construction Operations
- Knowledge of building code regulations
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
