Clinical Care Technician – Part‑Time Night Shift Job Title: Clinical Care Technician Location: Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Schedule: Night shift, 24 hours per week Pay Range: $21.04 – $26.19 per hour Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Care Technician who will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff at Monmouth Medical Center. The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients, including phlebotomy and EKGs. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent BLS certification (American Heart Association) Preferred Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program Certified Nursing Assistant certification Scheduling Requirements Night Shift, 24 hours per week Essential Functions Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs. Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service. Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions. Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient care. Participate in collaboration of patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
