Commercial Fleet Leasing & Sales Representative

Hudson Truck Leasing is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Leasing & Sales Representative to grow our leasing business throughout the New Jersey and New York markets. Operating alongside Hudson County Motors, one of the region's leading commercial truck dealerships serving New Jersey and New York for over 75 years, Hudson Truck Leasing provides customized fleet leasing solutions to commercial customers across a wide range of industries. This position is responsible for developing new business, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding our leasing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial truck leasing, fleet management, transportation, truck rental, commercial vehicle sales, or a related industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build and grow a leasing operation while leveraging the resources, reputation, and customer base of an established commercial truck organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop new commercial leasing business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Identify opportunities with trucking companies, contractors, municipalities, fleet operators, and other commercial customers. Manage the leasing process from initial customer contact through vehicle delivery. Prepare and present lease proposals tailored to customer needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with leasing customers. Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to provide complete fleet solutions. Track sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and account growth. Maintain lease documentation and customer records. Assist with fleet inventory planning and vehicle procurement as needed. Represent Hudson Truck Leasing throughout the New Jersey and New York markets. Qualifications: Experience in commercial truck leasing, fleet management, transportation, truck rental, commercial vehicle sales, or a related field required. Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or leasing management software. Valid driver's license required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
