Fitness Sales Associate/Presales SpecialistD1 Training Westborough · Reports to General Manager · Pay: $16.50 - $20/hour base rate + an uncapped commission structure for presales. Expected first year earnings for an Elite closer is $65,000+ annually.We already have the leads. We need a closer to join the team. If you have not done outbound calls with daily volume of 75+ calls a day and do not know your close rate on connections, this job isn't for you!D1 Training Westborough is opening this fall. We're deep into presales with an active pipeline, referrals, community outreach, digital leads, and real connections already in motion. What we need is a closer who can consistently turn those phone conversations into signed founding members. This role is 100% focused on presales right now: making calls, running the sales conversation, updating the CRM, closing founding memberships, and representing D1 in person at local outreach events, so while the bulk of the work is remote today, this isn't a fully remote role, we need someone based in or near MetroWest.What You'll Actually Be Doing:Your main job: Executing outbound calls, texts, and emails to close founding memberships.
