Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — 5 x 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM), expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or applicable home state license)
• BLS/CPR certification (if applicable)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to pass a Texas/federal background check
• Must provide valid driver's license (front and back)
• Must provide up-to-date health records including: Flu Shot, TB Skin Test or chest X-ray, and vaccination records or titers for Hep B, Varicella, MMR, and TDap

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or acute rehab setting
• Familiarity with competency evaluation processes in a contract or travel therapy role
