Our menu showcases the region's rich culinary heritage, with a focus on New England's iconic coastal cuisine. Join us in creating memorable dining moments that capture the essence of our coastal surroundings.We Are Looking for Team Members Who:Have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThrive in a fast-paced environmentKnowledgeable about food and beverage offeringsHave a positive attitude and a strong work ethicYour role:Greet guests as they arrive or move through the bar areaMaintain proper and adequate bar setup on a daily basisGuide guests through the beverage menu using descriptive selling techniquesAccurately take orders, confirming all special requestsDemonstrate strong product knowledge to enhance guest interaction and experienceCollaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and bar team membersAddress guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely mannerProvide timely and accurate check presentation to finalize the guest experienceRequisition and stock all beer, wine, and spiritsMaintain, prepare, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure qualityMix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and portion control guidelinesEnter orders into the POS system and create checks for each guestSecure the bar at closing, including locking and storing inventory, handling cash drops, and balancing the bankWhat are we looking for?Previous bartending or hospitality experience requiredKnowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, beer, and wineNeat, professional appearance with a pleasant personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersAbility to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide excellent guest serviceStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyBasic math and cash-handling skillsAbility to read room numbers, dates, and follow basic instructionsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborateAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periodsAbility to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbsAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust meet local and state requirements for serving alcohol (age and certifications as applicable)We offer competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
