Radio Repair Mechanic

The Electronics Section is seeking candidates for the position of Radio Repair Mechanic who will be responsible for following:

• Provide, maintain, and enhanced all forms of police radio communication. from portable hand devices to vehicle-integrated radio systems.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of portable and mobile radios.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of various critical low voltage systems across NYPD facilities.
• Ensure the functionality and readiness of mobile command centers, equipping them with state of the art communication technology.

Work Location: 50-16 59Th Pl., Queens NY. Hours/Shift: Varies
