Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a rural health clinic in Northeastern California. The Mid-level Provider is responsible for the assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and referral of clinic patients. Responsibilities Perform outpatient care for clinic patients (18–20 per day). Provide medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and referrals. Collaborate with on-site and remote specialists for comprehensive patient care. Serve within a 25‑bed critical access hospital with 24/7 physician‑staffed ED. Work within a full medical/dental/vision service team. Benefits Relocation and loan repayment available.

• 70.55 – $100.59 per hour.
• 25,000.00 sign‑on bonus.
• 1,500 per month housing stipend for the first three months for individuals relocating within 35 miles of the hospital.

Full medical/dental/vision coverage. Required Education & Licensure Graduate of a nurse practitioner program that meets the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) standards or a graduate from a physician assistant program that meets the standards of the Physician Assistant Committee of the California Medical Board. Licensed in California. Current CPR certification.
