The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a fun, upbeat attitude. The club is under new ownership and will be undergoing an extensive remodel this spring , making this a great time to get on the ground floor and help shape the future of the club. Key Responsibilities Membership & Personal Training Sales Achieve membership and personal training sales goals established by the leadership team Club Leadership & Management Lead by example and motivate team members to perform at their best each day Support daily club operations and assist with staff oversight as needed Service Excellence Deliver an outstanding member experience by providing guidance, support, and value-added services Help members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals Member Engagement Build relationships with members through regular communication and engagement Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven club culture Marketing & Community Outreach Assist in planning and executing marketing events and outreach efforts to drive brand awareness and new memberships Facility Excellence Ensure the club consistently meets Snap Fitness standards for cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality Qualifications & Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members Comfortable working with clients from all backgrounds and fitness levels Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Fun, personable, and professional with a great sense of humor Ability to instruct members on Snap Fitness training techniques to support goal achievement Desire for long-term growth and career development Schedule & Additional Opportunities Part-time position with evening hours, typically 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, plus Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Personal Trainers may take on clients outside staffed hours For those seeking to also do Personal Training: Personal Trainer certification required (NASM or ISSA).
