Parsons is hiring a senior intelligence analyst to provide analysis, inform and drive collection requirements, and integrate with operational elements within the Department of War, Interagency, and our client in Honolulu, HI.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a senior intelligence analyst on a geographically dispersed cross-functional team supporting a unique and targeting-focused portfolioProvide expertise and integrate in-depth analysis of non-traditional and traditional sources to support DoW and IA efforts in the PacificConduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and drive collection requirementsSupport new initiatives including collection and analysis, targeting campaigns, and data science / data integrationProvide intelligence support for the planning and execution of defense and interagency operationsProvide information papers and briefings for General Officer / Flag Officer-level and civilian equivalent recipientsREQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:10+ years’ relevant experienceDemonstrated relevant subject matter expertise in intelligence analysis and direct support to operationsProven ability to coordinate collection requirements and intelligence for DoW and Interagency in support of operational planningDemonstrated critical thinking and writing skills, including the ability to draft intelligence reports with limited editorial supportPrior support to DoW, law enforcement, interagency, and/or regulatory agencies supporting dynamic real-world missionsValid US PassportActive DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience working in the Indo-Pacific regionPrevious exposure to Special Technical Operations (STO) or Special Access Programs (SAP)Prior experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple locationsSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
