Guest Services Representative

St. Clair Health

Summary

Utilizing excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, provides directions, information and assistance to Hospital guests. Answers or refers incoming calls appropriately and assists with concierge duties at Hospital's main entrance.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One year of previous work experience providing customer service.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year.
