About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have: PCU experience Telemetry experience Description: This is a Level II Trauma Center position. The unit consists of 30 beds. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1 but may flex to 6:1 if needed. Staffing includes day and night shift teams. The type of equipment used includes telemetry systems and electronic medical records. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. The unit is supported by tenured core staff and a supportive leadership team. Self-scheduling options are available. Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
