As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Austin, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. Patient's needs include 2 hours/week.Shift: 2 hours per week - flexible schedule, perfect for somebody looking for supplemental hours or a PRN opportunity!ResponsibilitiesExecute physician-prescribed plans of careComplete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of recordManage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapiesPerform various activities associated with daily livingMonitor for changes in the patient's condition, such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progressionCommunicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient's healthWork with patients is done one-on-one in the patient's home to provide a comfortable environmentCollaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care AttendantsPerform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needsMinimum QualificationsCurrent State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse1+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home health settingCurrent CPR certificationWilling to get TB testedMaintain required insuranceMust have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient's home$38 - $40 an hour Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
