Engage authentically and foster lasting connections, keeping fans loyal. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation. Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor/support new team members. Complete all additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication showing a sense of care. Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels. Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred; typical base weeks up to 12 hours, peak weeks up to 21 hours (not to exceed 30). Dependability during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends. Compensation Hourly pay: $15.00 – $17.60, commensurate with experience. Benefits Bonus potential and 401(k) plan.
