Digital Designer

Our cosmetic subscription-based client is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Designer to create compelling digital experiences that drive engagement, leads, and conversions . This role blends strong visual storytelling with data-informed design across multiple digital channels.

This will be an onsite role in Boca Raton, FL , with 30-40 hours/week for 2-3 months . There is potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful digital assets for paid media, email, social, web, landing pages, and CRM campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative and customer touchpoints
• Translate marketing strategies into high-performing visual concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver conversion-focused campaigns
• Optimize creative through A/B testing and performance insights
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• Digital design experience (agency, in-house, or DTC preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, conversion-focused digital work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/XD
• Expertise in web, mobile, social, email, and paid media design
• Solid understanding of UX/UI, CRO, and performance marketing principles
• Experience with motion design, video, and emerging digital trends is a plus
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
