About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology Operations to define and lead the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations in alignment with growth strategy, client commitments, and operational priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the portfolio of operations technology, automation, workflow-transformation, and global-operations initiatives, as well as establishing decision rights, accountability, and ways of working across various functions. This role requires the ability to translate business strategy into technology and global-operations plans, sponsor workflow redesign, and set portfolio-level goals and KPIs. The VP will also lead and develop the technology operations leadership teams, maintain executive oversight of governance, and build a continuous-improvement culture. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, technology-enabled services, or a related environment. The role demands a proven track record in building and leading an enterprise technology-operations portfolio with measurable business outcomes, as well as experience in operational change and transformation. Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and experience in governing cross-functional portfolios are essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated financial and analytical acumen, and experience in directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships is a plus.
