We take pride in quality craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional work for our customers.Whether you're an experienced welder or a recent welding program graduate, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on metal components and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersMeasure, fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specificationGrind, finish, and inspect completed workOperate fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain quality standards and meet production deadlinesKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeQualificationsRequiredWelding experience through employment, apprenticeship, trade school, vocational training, or a welding programAbility to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsStrong measuring and layout skillsValid driver's licenseStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPreferredFabrication experienceExperience with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminumForklift experienceExperience with TIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding highly desirableWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for more than just welding skills.
