Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives - Spark Program

Cordis

Cordis is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead complex cross-functional programs within the Spark Program, designed to accelerate future leaders and deliver enterprise priority projects. You will define scope, manage milestones, influence senior stakeholders, and coach junior teammates while rotating across multiple assignments over 2–3 years to broaden enterprise perspective.
