Medical Assistant

Cornerstone Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team! This new team member will interact directly with our patients and their families to help provide quality patient care. They will serve as a smiling face to help make our patient's experience most enjoyable! Responsibilities Provide patient-care services- Greet & interact with patients by obtaining vitals, acquiring pertinent history and prepping patients for their appointments. Perform supportive procedures - Perform procedures such as immunizations/injections, capillary/venipuncture sample collection, hearing & vision screenings, urinalysis, strep/flu/covid testing, etc. Other duties: - Phone triage & patient care coordination Requirements Medical assisting program graduate Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment Multi-tasker Previous pediatric clinical experience is required About Cornerstone Pediatrics: We are a small but fast-paced pediatric practice that prides ourselves on serving our patients and families with the utmost professionalism and care.
