Sales Manager - Food & Non-Perishable Trading

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Food & Non-Perishable Trading division. Your energetic approach and keen market insight will ensure our offerings meet customer needs while expanding our market presence. We are a growing international trading company specializing in food and non-perishable products, serving regional and global markets. We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to expand our distribution network and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in food and/or non-perishable product trading
- Strong existing network of buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Demonstrated experience in B2B trading (local and/or international markets)
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-volume deals
- Solid understanding of pricing structures, margins, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
