Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description The role is a part‑time position for a Customer Service Specialist located at stores within a 15‑mile radius of the Bonney Lake Sherwin‑Williams Store. The main store is #708610, 21507 WA SR 410 E Bonney Lake WA 98391. The starting hourly rate is $24.00, and the position requires frequent travel to multiple locations and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, and recommend suitable solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain high visual and quality standards, and consistently meet sales goals. Job duties include contacting customers, handling cash and payment methods, and managing equipment and merchandise; a criminal background check is required to protect the safety of all stakeholders. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and forms Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as needed Maintain an in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for any immigration status currently or in the future Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, must have received at least a “meets expectations” (3) rating on most recent performance appraisal If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the current position Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and paint‑related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Benefits Part‑time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid military leave, bereavement leave, and paid vacation after the first year of hire.
