Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development Account Executive – Residential and Commercial Security Systems to join our team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Prospect and contact potential customers. Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments. Create sales material to present to customers. Qualifications Must be able to pass a full background check. High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Strong technical knowledge. IT networking knowledge. Dependable team player who looks forward to working with individuals in both office and field settings. Driven by building relationships and enthusiastic. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Ability to build rapport with clients. Deadline and detail-oriented. Comfortable with computers, email, using the internet, and learning new computer programs.
