Location: Elko New Market, MN

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

Shift: 7 PM-7 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation

As a Production Operator in Elko New Market, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.


Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar field required
• 6+ months of experience in role-specific production or operations positions required
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environment preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a production, operations, or related role preferred
• Associate's degree preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties:
