In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital part in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with booking new reservations, amending existing bookings, and processing cancellations.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our shuttle services, schedules, pricing, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with patience and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Liaise effectively with our drivers and dispatch team to coordinate pickups and resolve any logistical challenges.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our company database.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to the management team.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or a client-facing role is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers, with confidence in navigating CRM systems and standard office software.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience within the travel, transport, or hospitality industry is highly desirable but not required.
