About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN for night shifts (4x12-hour, 19:00–07:30) . The role involves caring for patients in a large L&D unit, floating as needed to antepartum and postpartum, and assisting with a wide range of obstetric procedures including C-sections, cerclage, version, PPTL, medically assisted deliveries, and neonatal palliative care. Candidates must have strong circulating and FHM skills and be comfortable in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience in a large facility

• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must have NRP in hand at submission)

• Ability to float to antepartum and postpartum as needed

• On-call required (12 hrs over 4 weeks for 4x12s; 24 hrs over 4 weeks for 3x12s)

• Must have 3s/4s in postpartum, baby nurse, and meconium deliveries

• COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted with form)

• No local candidates within 75 miles

• NM license (can be pending at submission)

• RTO > 7 days requires approval
