Job Purpose:
The Wire Rope Fabricator will fabricate and refurbish wire rope slings and other lifting assemblies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair wire rope slings and assemblies
- Drive company vehicles to complete pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
- Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a manual labor environment- including construction, lawncare, blacktop/asphalt, or similar outdoor labor environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time in an open warehouse occasionally subject to inclement weather.
- Must be capable of working individually or as part of a team.
- Must be capable of an early start time and working until customer needs are met.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment non-DOT drug test, non-DOT physical and background check
