Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering Orders: Expedite and deliver food orders to guests promptly. • Quality Assurance: Ensure orders are accurate and meet our presentation standards. • Table Interaction: Check on guests and assist with any immediate needs. • Supporting Team: Assist servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service. • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep service areas clean and organized. What We're Looking For: • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desired. • Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team. • Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service. • Team Player: Work well with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members. • Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly. Skills Needed: • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently. • Multi-tasking: Navigate a bustling environment with ease. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly. • Safety Knowledge: Understand workplace safety procedures. Physical Requirements: • On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift. • Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously. • Heavy Lifting: Push and pull up to 50 pounds. • Stay Safe: Be aware of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts. • Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
