While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Responsibilities Planning, preparing, and cooking food Items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others. What we can’t train is what’s inside of you. So far, so good, but just a few more things: In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with : Desired Skills and Experience Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre‑processed items including baked goods.
