Location: Queens, NY
Pay: $65,000–$80,000 per year (DOE) + Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time
Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Car Wash and/or Auto Repair Management Experience Required

Lead Our Car Wash, Auto Repair Department, and Fleet Program

Nu3s is seeking an experienced, strategic Car Wash & Auto Repair Manager to oversee both our Car Wash and Auto Repair departments and take full ownership of our B2B Fleet Management Program. This leader will manage our supervisors and leads, hold teams accountable, ensure payroll and compliance are handled accurately and on time, and build our fleet business from the ground up by bringing in and retaining commercial accounts.

This position requires a manager who can think big picture while staying close to daily operations, working alongside the General Manager to build processes, develop leaders, and drive growth.

What You'll Do

Car Wash & Auto Repair Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the Car Wash and Auto Repair departments
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience in both departments
• Review existing processes, then design and implement new systems and best practices
• Coordinate closely with the General Manager on goals, staffing, budgets, and business growth
• Step into operational duties as needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly

Fleet Management Program Ownership

• Own the B2B Fleet Management Program from start to finish, including strategy, sales, service delivery, and account retention
• Identify, pitch, and secure new commercial fleet accounts for repair, maintenance, and wash services
• Develop fleet service packages, pricing proposals, and service agreements in coordination with the General Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients to drive repeat business and long-term contracts
• Coordinate fleet scheduling between the Auto Repair and Car Wash departments to deliver fast, reliable service
• Track fleet program performance, including revenue, account growth, and client satisfaction, and report results to the General Manager

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop the Car Wash Supervisor, Auto Repair Supervisor, CSR Leads, QA Leads, and Car Wash Leads
• Oversee all staff including Car Wash Attendants, Customer Service Representatives, and Valets
• Coach, mentor, and hold supervisors and leads accountable for team performance
• Handle employee performance management, including coaching, documentation, and disciplinary action

Payroll & Compliance

• Oversee time cards and ensure payroll is accurate and submitted on time and administrative deadlines are consistently met
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience, including managing supervisors and leads
• Car wash and/or auto repair management experience required
• B2B sales, fleet account management, or business development experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build and grow a program or book of business
• Strong knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, and scheduling
• Experience with employee coaching, discipline, and performance reviews
• Understanding of labor, safety, and compliance requirements
• Strategic thinker who can build and improve processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
