The Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting a small team within the office environment. This full-time position operates during regular hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring smooth front desk management and efficient office support throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations to greet visitors promptly and professionally
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate team members
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
• Support office administrative tasks and maintain records accurately
