LHH has partnered with a Global Organization in their search for Client Service Associates to join their team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Position Overview

The Client Service Associate will provide front-line support to clients, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and written communication
• Respond to client requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Track and manage client interactions using a case management or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
• Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure complete resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall client experience
• Assist with data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects

Qualifications

• 12+ years of customer service or client support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Professional, customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation & Details

• Pay: $23/hour
• Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
