We have an exciting opportunity as a Case Manager. In this role, you will provide support to empower adults with physical disabilities to act as employers of their own personal care attendants. Key Responsibilities: Process documents to establish participants as an employer of personal care attendants Provide participants with HR-type support to help them manage their personal attendants Train the participant in compliance & guidelines.
