We are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as we expand our clinical offerings and rapidly grow our remotely managed care options. Role Overview Mid‑Level Providers work alongside a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate patient care for hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including: Sleep apnea management Weight control Hypertension management Low libido treatment You will also assist in staff and operations management at your location. Qualifications Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing Current DEA license Flexibility to float between Franklin, Hendersonville, and Murfreesboro Hours of Operation Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays in months with 5 weeks) Training Two full weeks (10 consecutive business days), paid Compensation $130,000 base salary $400 per Saturday worked, adding up to $10,400 annually Benefits PTO accrual with increases over time Malpractice insurance covered Scrubs provided Major medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance CME allowance and CME PTO Licensure renewal reimbursement 401(k) with excellent employer match And more!
