This role sets clinical standards, ensures quality and compliance, oversees ABA supervision, and represents the ABA service line in organizational leadership. **Key Responsibilities*** Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts(BCBAs), RBTs, and other therapy staff.* Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA for clients across the lifespan.* Conduct assessments, data analysis, and ongoing progress monitoring to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to treatment plans.* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.* Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices* Ensure compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations, and relevant guidelines in the field of ABA therapy.* Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.* Contribute to the clinic's growth and business development initiatives through networking, partnerships, and community engagement.## Qualifications* Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.* Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of ABA therapy.* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.* Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.* Experience with conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.* Proficiency in data analysis and technology used in ABA therapy.* Dedication to professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.* Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens #J-18808-Ljbffr Mirabelle Care
