Inventory Associate Driver - Chicago Metro Area Starting Wage: $17.00 - $20.00. Location: Chicago Metro Area – Schaumburg, Naperville, Joliet, Tinley Park, Homewood, Hammond. We are hiring for Inventory Associate Driver. The role is for individuals who enjoy structure, working on feet, and turning focus into results. This position is eligible for a productivity-based wage increase up to $5.00 after the first 6 months. Responsibilities Safely transport team members to and from inventory events. Adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals. Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork. Qualifications Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. Minimum 3 years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation. Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings or late nights. Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts. Strong focus and attention to detail.
