Experienced Bridge Engineer

Department: Transportation Location: Toledo, OH (hybrid position; remote work with periodic office attendance in Michigan or Ohio) What You’ll Do As a key member of MSG’s Transportation and Structural Engineering team, you’ll contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of bridge and retaining wall projects. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead and perform bridge and structural design — layout, analysis, and plan development — in accordance with MDOT and AASHTO standards. Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction, across a variety of bridge types and complexities. Prepare bridge layouts, material quantity calculations, and construction specifications for new and rehabilitated structures. Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and quality deliverables. Collaborate with roadway, geotechnical, and other engineering teams to deliver coordinated project solutions. Manage and coordinate projects, communicating effectively with clients, partners, and team members. Mentor and support other engineers while growing leadership and technical expertise.
