What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care for emergency department patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency situations swiftly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• CPI Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Proficiency in computer applications and documentation

Preferred:

• Certification in a specialty area (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
