Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Department: Front of House
Reports To: General Manager / Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable  Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals efficiently, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate is personable, attentive to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to making every guest feel valued.

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Make recommendations and accommodate reasonable guest requests.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties as assigned.
• Work as a team to maintain a positive and efficient restaurant environment.

• Previous serving or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol, if applicable.
