Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves working in a dynamic clinical environment where independent practice and the management of complex care are key. The competent nurse will integrate long-range goals into daily practice and effectively delegate and assign tasks to other care providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel

• Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and/or care givers

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
• Current certification required from AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM)
• Current NRP certification required
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• RN License in the state of TX or compact
