We are growing our team and looking for dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Delaware County, NY .

About the Role

Our HHAs provide essential support that helps clients remain safe and independent at home. Responsibilities include:

• Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assisting with meals and light housekeeping

• Providing companionship and daily support

• Giving medication reminders

• Reporting changes to the care team

• Helping maintain a safe home environment
