Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and individual evaluations.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, addressing their unique concerns and providing therapeutic support.

• Adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on continuous assessments of client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on shared challenges and community support.

• Refer clients to external specialists when advanced intervention or additional support is required.

• Document sessions comprehensively, ensuring all client interactions are recorded accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. The clinic serves individuals and families from various backgrounds, emphasizing our commitment to cultural competence and responsive care. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
